  21. It's the fifth publication of this file. Lots of information has been
  22. added (which has surely brought errors with it, see Murphy's Law).

  24. This fifth addition is not really different to the previous one.

  39.  UNPACKING the FAQ-File

  42. Save the six files in the right order to ONE file, strip every header-
  43. information of the file and there you are.

  46.  INDEX-files

  49. The INDEX-files are excluded in this release of the MPEG-FAQ.
  50. You can ftp it from the same place you got this file from.

  66. It should be usally called MPGIDX31.ZIP ! It includes the
  67. INDEX-file (first picture of all known MPEG-movies), the AINDEX-file
  68. (about 2 seconds of know MPEG-AUDIO-streams in one MPEG-stream) and
  69. text-indexes for movies and audio-files.

  79. If you are a system-administrator please ensure NOT to delete the old version
  80. of the MPEG-FAQ. Please store the new version as MPEGFA32.TXT on your local
  81. ftp-server or BSS and compress it to your needs, but be sure the name
  82. MPEGFA31 is included (hopefully in big letters) in the final name.
